In order to ensure compliance with the new data protection regulations, Royal Tickets makes every effort to define and implement procedures that aim to protect the personal data that our current and future clients entrust to us. The website www.bilet.ro is an information and selling platform for online tickets owned by Royal Tickets SRL. The operation of the site complies with the legal norms in force regarding the way of collecting the personal information, the offer information and the technologies used. In order to offer you an optimal experience, we use cookies.


Cookies

Cookies are files saved on the visitor's computer, files that track and store information about user interactions with the site and how they navigate the site. A cookie does NOT contain viruses or spyware and can not access the information on the user's hard drive. Types of collected information

We collect information only from authorized public sources or directly from their owners through electronic means of communication (website or e-mail). The purpose of collecting your data is to enable us to run our business, sell tickets to events, inform the public by promoting existing events and meeting contractual obligations with the organizers of these events. Some of the organizers request the personal data of people who have purchased tickets at their events and Royal Tickets are contractually required to provide this data. As a consequence, we can only work with our personal data and your refusal to process makes it impossible for us to accept your order. Depending on the agreed and confirmed purpose, a minimum of data will be required:

- To subscribe to our newsletter, you will be asked: name, surname, phone number and e-mail address. Personal data collected by Royal Tickets will not leave the EU territory.

- To process a ticket purchase order, the data will be requested: Name, First Name, Delivery Address (for orders delivered by courier). For electronic tickets paid through online payments, the payment processor and the bank will request specific payment processing information: IBAN, Bank, Card number, expiration date, holder (this information is required only at the time of placing the order). These data will NOT be collected by us, only by the payment and bank processors (details of the security mechanisms and policies implemented by our partners can be found at www.librabank.ro and www.euplatesc.ro).

- To send tickets based on orders from our clients, data about the delivery address and the person who will receive these tickets are required. These data will be transferred to Fun Courier, and details of the details of the security policies implemented by the courier company are available at www.funcourier.ro)

How long will your personal data be stored?

Royal Tickets will retain personal data collected for a period of 5 years after the last user interaction with the www.bilet.ro site. If there is no interaction with us within this timeframe, we will consider that our information and services are no longer of interest and we will ask users to confirm if they want to receive further information from us. In the event of a refusal or lack of explicit confirmation, the data will be erased from our database except for the requirements of the current fiscal code and the security requirements (protecting the domain and servers against fraud and spam).


Restrictions applied to personal data processing

Royal Tickets DO NOT sell or rent your personal data to any third party. We also do not use personal data for any processing and processing under Articles 21 and 22 of the GDPR.


The right to choose how personal data is used

We understand and respect the right to protect the identity of each person and appreciate the trust that our users use in providing personal data. Royal Tickets offer mechanisms through which users can easily exercise their rights on personal data. So:

- Users can check their data sent to Royal Tickets by sending an explicit request in this case to office@bilet.ro. Our security measures require that the application be accompanied by proof of the applicant's identity (client code, e-mail address and / or physical address, etc.) so as to make sure that the request comes from the person entitled to do so.

- Users can contact us anytime at the same address (office@bilet.ro) to modify, correct or delete personal data associated with their profiles. It should be remembered that if the data were made public by the owners through social networks, these data will remain public and visible even if Royal Tickets delete them from its database.

- Customers can unsubscribe from our newsletter by simply pressing the unsubscribe button found in all our communications. After unsubscribing, the user will no longer receive any marketing communications from us.

- People in our database can request a copy of the data they hold in an easily readable electronic format. For this we must receive an explicit request at office@bilet.ro

The personal data processing and protection process can be updated at any time in order to provide the best services to our clients. Any changes that may affect how we communicate with users of our services will be announced to them as soon as possible after they have been implemented.
